How often should I practice?
We recommend daily practice, even if just for 5-10 minutes. Consistency matters more than duration. Your therapist may adjust this based on your progress.
Can my therapist see my data?
Yes, your therapist has access to your practice completion, mood tracking, and progress data. This helps them tailor your treatment.
What if I miss a day?
That's completely okay. Recovery isn't linear. Just pick up where you left off. Your streak resets but overall progress remains.
How is my progress measured?
Progress is tracked across three dimensions: Encoding (learning), Abstraction (understanding when to use it), and Retrieval (applying it independently).

5 steps to complete
1Identify the activity

Think of one activity that you used to enjoy or that might give you a sense of accomplishment. Even a short walk counts.

2Set a specific time

Choose an exact time today. "I'll walk at 3:00 PM" works better than "sometime today."

3Prepare what you need

Remove obstacles in advance. Have your shoes by the door. Reducing friction makes starting easier.

4Do the activity

When the time comes, start. Motivation often follows action, not the other way around.

5Rate your experience

Rate your mood from 1-10. Compare it to expectations. Most find reality better than expected.
